When Mary Breckinridge founded Frontier Nursing University, her vision was to provide nurse-midwifery care to serve the needs of women and families in local communities. Today, Frontier Nursing University expands this vision by encouraging students to spend part of their learning experience at a community-based AABC accredited birth center.
